Gospel Forum is a conference where Jesus is at the center, exalted by his people, and where his spirit is at work in our midst.

All sessions are now on our podcast

Gospel Forum is open to the public. If you are a target student, please see below for Target Student Registration.

General Admission: We offer FREE registration with any donation towards the speakers’ ministries. Every attendee (who is at least 5 years old) must hold a registration to attend. Our system accepts one individual registration at a time.

We plan to end advance registration and room sales on April 14th at 11:59 pm ET. Interested attendees who do not register online may still show up on-site for walk-in registration but will be seated after all attendees with online registrations and if space is available.

Registrants may not hold multiple tickets under one name. Duplicate registrations will be ignored. Registrations may not be transferred, renamed, or reassigned. Registrants who bring guests or friends to the event will have to register them at the door, which will only be available if space remains after all prior registrants have been seated.

Live Stream: The event will be streamed via YouTube. If you wish to join via live stream, please register for the Live Stream Only option. Live stream information will be emailed a few days prior to the event. If you’d like to attend part of the conference in-person and part via live stream, please register for both General Admission and Live Stream Only.

Conference Hotel: Hilton Parsippany

Discounted Rate: $159/night for King, or $169/night for Double + taxes/fees. This rate is only available through our registration portal and not through the hotel’s website. Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different attendee.

To book a hotel room, select a room when you register via our registration portal, which you can access by clicking the “Register” button below. Rooms may be booked for 1 or 2 of the conference nights.

Please note that purchasing a hotel room does not include General Admission. Every individual attendee must hold their own General Admission ticket to attend the event.

If you already registered for General Admission but you did not book a hotel room when you registered, you may still book a room by submitting a new order for the room only.

Meals: Meals are provided FREE on-site to all attendees (Friday dinner, Saturday all three meals, and Sunday breakfast). No separate registration or payment is required; this is automatically included for every registered guest as long as you sign up for it during registration.

The information in this section applies only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students at Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.

Registration: Target student registration includes FREE lodging, meals, and roundtrip transportation from your campus in addition to conference registration, provided that you register prior to the Student Registration Deadline (April 7th at 11:59 pm ET). After this, student registration will be on a space-available basis. To qualify, you must be:

  • A full-time student (you cannot be employed other than through work-study or short-term internships) pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at one of the following universities: Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.

  • Between 18 - 27 years old.

Travel: Our staff will provide FREE transportation for students from your campus. Please note that vans will depart from these campuses as early as the morning of Friday, April 21st, and will not return until late afternoon/evening on Sunday, April 23rd. This service is available to all students from those campuses who register prior to the Student Registration Deadline (Apr 7th at 11:59 pm ET). Our campus coordinators will contact student registrants to confirm travel.

Accommodations: As a courtesy to target students, we will provide accommodations at the conference hotel for target students only. Rooms will be shared with other students of the same gender.

Requesting Roommates: Students may request roommates on their registration form. We cannot guarantee roommate preferences. Also, we are usually unable to honor roommate requests for students arriving late.

Disclaimer of Liability: Alabaster Group arranges accommodations as a convenience to target students. We cannot vouch for other registrants. By accepting our rooming arrangements, you release Alabaster Group, our vendors, our affiliates, and our partners from all liability related to your attendance and experience. Though it is common practice to provide shared housing for students, certain students may feel more comfortable purchasing their own room, and we encourage you to do so if that is the case.

Meals: Meals are also provided for free (Friday dinner, Saturday all three meals, and Sunday breakfast). We will offer vegetarian options when possible. Students with more restrictive diets may prefer to provide their own food.
